The large land with vineyard, lawns and its manicured gardens and allotments offers an ideal setting for a holiday with friends and family. Front porch and swimming pool face the sea. Sun decks are in front of the house, and at some distance herb and vegetable gardens. Spend the day at the nearby sea (about 10 minutes by car) or by the pool, and go for a stroll through the vines and between olive and fruit trees in the evening or morning hours.

The house has a large terrace, a dining area inside and outside. The areas are equipped with comfortable furniture, umbrellas and awnings.
