The finca Casita Viktoria is a new building from 2008. It offers the modern comforts between vineyards and fruit trees.
The estate is located near the Club de Golf de Pollença. For golf lovers the perfect opportunity to indulge their passion.
The flat stone masonry and Iroko extensions display sharp, elegant shapes and edges in light and dark shades of natural brown and colors of the earth. The wooden balconies offer sunlight as well as the air-conditioned room climate provides shelter from too much it.
Through the management of the farm there is the possibility for self-supply of fresh food from natural cultivation for the residents. In the vegetable and fruit gardens you will find the popular local varieties from tomato to the thyme, lemon to the plum.
In the vineyard, especially Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon are cultivated. Local variants of Giró Ros, Premsal Blanc and Mantonegro are still in the testing. In addition, the estate also produces olives and olive oil.
On the grounds are beautiful old olive trees and carob trees that are so typical of the region.
In a remote area, there is a small farm animal breeding, mainly poultry (ducks, geese, chickens), and occasionally four-legged friends, but not pigs. Two charming little dogs keep unwanted wild animals from intruding the land. For children, the course is a highlight of the finca.
To the beaches of Pollença it will take about 10-15 minutes by car, depending on whether you want to go directly to the nearest beach in the bay, to the lively Port de Pollença or to the nature reserve S'Albufereta.
The water quality of the beaches is very good and is controlled by the competent authorities.
